Register & Get Approved
Fill in your details on this portal. Khodi admin reviews your application within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you get access to the sales dashboard.
Receive Assigned Leads
Admin creates leads with full business intelligence — name, category, contact, analysis, what to sell, demo links, and suggested products with commission rates. Leads are auto-assigned based on your expertise.
Contact & Log Conversations
Call, WhatsApp, or email the client. Log every interaction in the lead detail page — client responses, next actions, and follow-up dates. Use built-in scripts matched to the lead category.
Move Through Pipeline
Update stages: New → Contacted → Follow-up → Interested. When the client shows genuine interest, move to Interested and request a meeting. Admin schedules and may join the call.
Generate Proposal
Create a branded proposal link to share with the client. Attach products and upsells where allowed. Move to Negotiation when discussing final terms.
Submit & Earn Commission
Submit the won deal for admin review with customer behavior notes. Once approved, commission is calculated based on product rules and released to your payout queue.
