1. Sales Partner Agreement

By registering on the Khodi Sales Portal, you agree to act as an independent sales partner for Khodi Infotech products and services. This is a part-time, commission-based arrangement — not employment.

2. Lead Handling

Leads assigned to you must be worked promptly. Log all client interactions accurately. Do not contact leads assigned to other partners. Submit deals honestly — false submissions may result in account suspension.

3. Commission & Payouts

Commission rates are set per product and visible in your dashboard. Payouts are released after admin approval of submitted deals. Bonus tiers apply based on monthly deal count as configured by admin.

4. Conduct

Represent Khodi professionally. Do not make promises about pricing, timelines, or features not confirmed in official product documentation. Misrepresentation may lead to immediate termination.

5. Account Status

Admin may approve, reject, or suspend partner accounts at their discretion. Suspended accounts lose access to leads and pending commissions may be withheld pending review.

6. Intellectual Property
